Tobi Amusan make history for the second time this year
Our star girl, Tobi Amusan, who, last month made us proud by winning the 100 meter hurdle in the World Athletics championship in Oregon after running a total of 12.12sec and 12.06secs in the semi-final and finals respectively, in the women's category and raised our flag high for the world to see.
The 25 years old Nigerian born Athlete has done it again today, when she, being part of the quartet teams for the 4×100meter relay at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, won the final lap of the race in 12.30seconds making Nigeria go home with the Gold and defeating the likes of Bahamas and Great Britain who came out second and third respectively.
This will be her 2rd win in 2 months since this year. Congratulations to her!
Also part of the quartet included: Favour Ofili, Rosemary Chukwuma and Grace Nwokocha
They all made Nigeria proud!
